Rosinete Palmeira Serrao Gave Birth To Her Own Twin Grandchildren
On September 30, in Sao Paulo (Brazil), 51-yr-old Rosinete Palmeira Serrao gave birth to her twin grandchildren. One might wonder how this could happened? As a matter of fact, her own only (27) daughter has attempted pregnancy and failed for four years.
Since De Brito has no siblings and Brazilian law stipulates that only close relatives can serve as surrogate mothers, Serrao agreed to receive four embrios from her daughter. She gave birth to twin boys at the Santa Joana Hospital in Recife by Cesarean section two weeks ahead because Serrao was having trouble sleeping.

Just wondering if the kids should call her grandma or mum??
